What a Disappointing Season for Clippers
The Clippers lost last night to the Houston Rockets and although it was a close game, this game and the Clippers season were over a long time ago.
Sam Cassell missed his 3rd straight game due to back spasms and Corey Maggette went 3-15 shooting and that was pretty much it for the Clippers.
Elton Brand turned in his typical performance and the Clippers need to get this guy some help…
I can’t stop but think about what could’ve been had the Clippers traded for Allen Iverson when he was still available…
I bet the Clippers would love to trade Sean Livingston now.
At the end of the day, the Clippers are still the Clippers. As much as I want to be a fan of these guys, they (Clippers Owner and Management) continue to suck the life out of the fan base year after year and this year is no different.
Even if they make the playoffs, what’s the point?
They’ll get in as a 7th or 8th seed meaning they’ll be playing either Dallas or Phoenix meaning the Clips will be going home shortly thereafter.
Clipper owner Donald T Sterling and GM Elgin Baylor let Clipper fans know exactly what they thought of their franchise when they decided not to trade for Iverson and go with a guy who they “think” will one day be great.
Sean Livingston will probably never be great and having to miss another season isn’t going to help his development.
And in the meantime the Clippers think about what could’ve been…
