No it wasn’t formally announced anywhere but if you ask me, both Scott Niedermayer and Teemu Selanne will be coming back this season…
Last night the Ducks hung up their banner for the 2007 NHL Stanley Cup Championship and in listening to how Selanne and Niedermayer responded to questions regarding retirement… I get the feelings that […]

This whole feud between Anaheim Ducks GM Brian Burke and Edmonton Oilers GM Kevin Lowe just will not go away…
The question at stake is basically:

Anaheim was just flat out a better team then the Ottawa Senators and pretty much anybody else they played this year.
They’re tough, they hit hard and some players on other teams have said they’re one of the dirtiest […]

Some of you may be thinking that this is coming a day early but it’s actually coming a day late.
You see the Stanley Cup Playoffs were over last night after Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals when the Ottawa Senators (ON THEIR HOME ICE NO LESS) couldn’t even beat an Anaheim Duck team without […]

Anaheim Ducks defensemen Chris Pronger received a 1 game suspension to be served for Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals for delivering an elbow to the head of Senator forward Dean McAmmond.
I think it was a stupid play.
It was a stupid play because he should have reserved that elbow for someone a little more […]

Don’t look now but the Anaheim Ducks are about to sweep the Minnesota Wild in the 1st round of this years Stanley Cup Playoffs.
This post isn’t actually about the Ducks however…
This post is about the NHL playoffs.
If you’re on the fence, if you’ve ever been on the fence, if you’ve ever considered watching a game […]
